Riddhi Infra PEB Provides complete PEB solutions under one Roof. Our Manufacturing unit is capable of supplying a wide range of components used in Pre-Engineered Building Structures. The following are main components of the typical PEB Structures supplied by us.
Primary Members
These are the main structural members of the PEB Buildings. These are the main categories in Built-Up Sections & Hot Rolled Sections.
Built Up Section
Riddhi Infra PEB has a specialized Automated Beam Line machine for the fabrication of Built-Up Members. This machine ensures Strong Welding Quality, Uniform Weld Thickness, and Fast Welding Speed with no weld defects is made up of three HR Plates of varying thicknesses welded together to form an H-Beam. The built-up section can be profiled into a tapered member that accurately adheres to the stress concentration in the building. The flexibility of having different thickness for top and bottom flange add to the advantage and makes built-up sections more economical compared to hot-rolled profiles. The major part of the primary members is made with build-up sections.
Hot Rolled Sections
These Sections are profiled as per the specifications of local standards, IS sections are widely used in India. Hot Rolled sections are used mostly for small PEB components like Bracing, Staircase Stringers, Crane Beam Cap channels, etc.
Secondary Members
These are the cold form members, Progressive Roll Forming process is used to form desired shapes. The galvanized steel coils of small thicknesses are feed into the roll forming machines. We Use High Strength hot Dip Galvanized coils to form Z & C Sections. The fully automated roll forming machine form required a profile of cold form sections.
Z & C Purlin
Z and C Purlins are cold-rolled, galvanized steel sections used in roofing and wall structures. They serve as secondary framing members, providing strong and lightweight support. Z Purlins are ideal for overlapping on continuous spans, while C Purlins are typically used for simple supports and frames. Both types come in customizable lengths with widths ranging from 120–300 mm, flange sizes of 30–80 mm, lip sizes of 10–20 mm, and thicknesses up to 3 mm. Their durable build and versatility make them essential in industrial and commercial construction.
Colored Sheet Profiling
The Trapezoidal Sheet forming machine at the Riddhi Infra Metal Facility is used for both roof sheeting and wall cladding material. sheeting profile produced at the facility is leakproof as well as after installation it gives a uniform appearance. Riddhi Infra PEB Erection team ensures the leak-proof fixing of roof sheeting and wall cladding, Proper sealant materials, and good quality fastening ensure leak-proof joints.
Downtak & Elbow
This machine at the PEB unit can produce sealed-down spout pipes through forming the color-coated sheet. the machine is controlled by a PLC controller. This enables us to deliver complete leakproof building systems.
Deck Sheet
Deck Sheets are high-strength, galvanized steel sheets used as permanent shuttering in RCC slabs.
They provide excellent load-bearing capacity and reduce concrete usage and shuttering time.
Ideal for multi-storey buildings, they enhance structural stability and construction speed.
