• Water Leakage Inspection (Free for 1 Year):
  We offer one year of complimentary water leakage inspections with a 100% guaranteed solution, ensuring your structure remains watertight and protected in all weather conditions.
• Component Replacement Guarantee:
  If any primary or secondary structural member is found to be defective due to manufacturing issues, we will replace it at no cost within one year of project handover — no questions asked.
• Stability Certificate:
  Upon completion of the building, we issue a Stability Certificate, confirming that the structure has been designed and constructed in accordance with all safety and engineering standards.
